- Responsible for program support, development, and implementation of diverse water resource programs including those associated with Lake Whatcom, WRIA 1 Watershed Management Project, Whatcom County Water Resource Plan, groundwater, stormwater, salmon recovery, and shellfish.
- Obtained and implemented grants for groundwater, and comprehensive long-term water quality monitoring.
- Responsible for contract development and oversight to achieve program needs.
