NAME Conference 2008 – Sea Faire

Sea Faire is a market place of displays, where individuals, agencies and organizations can share educational ideas, programs, equipment and materials appropriate for marine and aquatic educators. All “ideas” that work, demonstrations, curricula and products for distribution or sale are welcome.

Sea Faire will be open for all four conference days, right in the heart of the registration – coffee break area. NAME requests that all displays be set up at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 9th, and left up until noon on Saturday, July 12th. All Sea Faire presenters are encouraged to be available during breaks and free time. A formal viewing will take place during Thursday’s buffet lunch.

NAME will be providing each presenter with a table and a white tablecloth (or tables may be shared by two groups). Electrical outlets are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. You must bring your own AV equipment, lighting, extension cords, etc. This is a public area and will be open during the day. NAME is not responsible for securing items of value.

There is no charge to registered conference participants for a Sea Faire table. Non-registered people will be charged $50.00 per table.
