Brent Vadopalas

Bio
After becoming a certified teacher in CA, WA, and AK, Brent focused on the potential genetic effects of geoduck aquaculture on wild populations through his M.S., earned in 1999 from the UW School of Fisheries (now School of Aquatic and Fishery Sciences [SAFS]), and his Ph.D., also from UW SAFS, 2003. He currently conducts research using molecular tools in Carolyn Friedman’s lab at SAFS.
