Diesel Engine and Marine Wiring Workshops in Port Hadlock

Washington Sea Grant, The Northwest School of Wooden Boatbuilding and Washington State University Jefferson County Extension are cosponsoring two workshops for commercial fishermen and recreational boaters: Marine Wiring and Diesel Engine Troubleshooting.
The Marine Wiring workshop is for boat owners who want to upgrade their vessels’ electrical systems. Topics include safe wiring practices, selecting wire sizes, circuit breaker and fuse ratings, cable routing and labelling, shore power circuits, corrosion protection circuits, instrument systems and troubleshooting
The Diesel Engine Troubleshooting workshop will cover troubleshooting and the maintenance of systems including fuel, lubrication, electrical, cooling and exhaust.
These two workshops are designed to complement each other.
