DESCRIPTION:How to get the most out of your fishing and farming operations \nWashington State University Jefferson and Clallam County Extension\, and Washington Sea Grant are cosponsoring a Financial Planning Workshop for commercial fishermen and farmers (in conjunction with WSU’s Cultivating Success Entrepreneurial Class). \nIf you are contemplating actions including obtaining new financing for your operation\, buying new gear or a new boat\, expanding into a different fishery\, or even retiring\, this workshop is for you. \nTopics include the 5 C’s of Credit\, lending programs targeting fishermen and farmers\, accounting geared toward fishermen and farmers\, and creating financial projections with different scenarios. \nPreregistration is required. To do so\, contact Sarah Fisken\, sfisken@uw.edu\,  206.543.1225 or 360.379.5610 ext 204; or Kellie Henwood\, kellie.henwood@wsu.edu. \nFor more information\, download the flyer (PDF). \n
