SUMMARY:FISH 2.0  U.S. Aquaculture Workshop - in Seattle
DESCRIPTION:Fish 2.0\, the global community for seafood innovators\, is holding a two-day workshop for U.S. West Coast\, Alaska\, and Hawaii aquaculture businesses April 30–May 1\, 2019\, at the University of Washington in Seattle. The program culminates with a pitch and networking session at the World Trade Center\, where investors and industry experts can hear about emerging innovations. \nThe event\, supported by NOAA Fisheries and event partner Washington Sea Grant\, is an active community-building exercise where participants learn from their peers’ real-world experience as well as from experts in the sector. \nThe event is free.  The workshop opens for registration at 8:30 a.m. each day and we start at 9 a.m. On the first day it runs to 5 p.m. \nOn the second day\, the workshop is 8:30 am – 4 p.m.\, followed by the pitch session from 4-7 p.m. Important note: the second day is at the UW site until 1pm.
