DESCRIPTION:Washington Sea Grant and the Port of Bellingham are cosponsoring a First Aid at Sea Course on May 27\, 2015 in Bellingham. \nThis Coast Guard-approved training will benefit recreational boaters and commercial fishermen alike. Topics covered will include patient assessment\, hypothermia\, cold-water survival\, near-drowning\, shock\, trauma\, burns\, fractures\, choking\, immobilization\, and first aid kits. \nCost: $100 ($50 for commercial fishermen).
