SUMMARY:Microplastic Analysis
DESCRIPTION:Puget Soundkeeper has collected water samples from over 45 sites in the Puget Sound watershed to look for the presence of microplastics. We document the extent of microplastic pollution in Puget Sound to help inform future policy proposals\, technology solutions\, and restoration efforts that protect our northwest waterways. We need volunteers who are willing to aid us in preparing and analyzing these water samples. Age minimum is 18. All equipment and training is provided.
