DESCRIPTION:Washington Sea Grant and Washington State University Extension have teamed up to launch a new volunteer-based early detection program to complement the existing Crab Team monitoring network. This event includes a 2-hour workshop where you will learn how to identify crab molts\, where and how to conduct a 20-minute Molt Search survey\, how report your findings using the MyCoast mobile app\, and optionally how to collect additional data on Dungeness crab molts. \nSign me up! If you are interested in getting involved with Molt Search\, register in advance to save your spot at the Skagit County training or check our calendar for more upcoming training opportunities. \nEvent logistics: Registered attendees will receive event specific details through Eventbrite from our partners at WSU Extension. \n
