Throughout the festival\, exhibits demonstrate how important water quality is to our communities as agency displays offer free activities and information. This and more has made the West Coast Oyster Shucking Championship and Washington State Seafood Festival a much anticipated family event. \nThe West Coast Oyster Shucking Championship and Washington State Seafood Festival (OysterFest) is hosted and presented by the Skookum Rotary Club.
