SUMMARY:Sea Safety and Survival Training
DESCRIPTION:Learn the skills to lead safety drills on commercial fishing vessels in a Coast Guard-approved course. \nWashington Sea Grant and the Port of Bellingham are cosponsoring a Drill Instructor Course for commercial fishermen. This Coast Guard-approved course meets the training requirements of the Commercial Fishing Safety Act to conduct drills. Coursework combines lecture and hands-on activities with safety and survival  equipment required on commercial fishing vessels.
