DESCRIPTION:Join us for Braided River’s tenth anniversary celebration on October 22nd\, 4pm just after photographer Florian Schulz’s Seattle event “Into the Arctic Kingdom” at Benaroya Hall. \nBraided River protects wild lands and waters in Western North America by publishing images and stories that inspire action and change perspectives. \nOur organization’s headwaters start in 2003\, with the book “Seasons of Life and Land\,” and we gained our 501c3 nonprofit status in 2007. \nWe’re proud to have collaborated with the finest conservation photographers and environmental voices to support consequential advocacy campaigns to protect wild places by publishing award-winning books\, create immersive museum exhibits\, and memorable live events. \nAnd\, we couldn’t do any of it without our talented friends and loyal fans. Please join us for food\, drink\, beautiful photographs and prose and general merriment! \n
