DESCRIPTION:Join volunteers around the world in celebrating Earth Day by participating in the Washington Coast Cleanup. Help keep our beaches clean and beautiful by picking up marine and shoreline debris from participating Pacific Coast and Strait of Juan de Fuca locations! \nTo ensure a successful cleanup please be prepared to: \n\n-spend time walking over uneven and slippery surfaces \n\n-be able to walk over 1-mile carrying debris (some beaches will require more walking) \n-wear proper footwear\, layers and plan for inclement weather \n-bring water\, snacks and your own gloves if you have them \nRegister by location and learn more at Washington CoastSavers. \n
