DESCRIPTION:July 6-9: Oceans of Change: Register here! \nCalling all Middle Schoolers! Join NOAA Science Camp in July for virtual fun and marine science exploration! Register for a week (or two!) of daily opportunities to learn more about NOAA science and the important work we do to understand our ocean environment. Each week\, students will have access to a mix of free do-it yourself activities\, ‘live’ remote events and virtual tours. Although we don’t get to see you at camp this summer\, we are putting together NOAA science-packed weeks this year that students will love! \nMost of what we have pulled together for you is meant to be done asynchronously and at your own pace. You can pick and choose what you want to check out\, and go back and look at things later if you would prefer to do them at a different time. This is meant to be flexible and fun! \nWe do have two scheduled “live” webinars for this program that we hope you will mark your calendars and join us for. They will occur on: \n– Tuesday\, July 6\, 10-11am PST\n– Thursday\, July 8\, 10-11am PST \n** There will be no in-person programs this year \n
