DESCRIPTION:Join Harbor WildWatch on Facebook LIVE to learn about Washington’s only native oyster and if it is making a come-back in the south Puget Sound. Dr. Mike Behrens\, professor at Pacific Lutheran University and Harbor WildWatch’s Science Advisor\, will present about our findings regarding Pacific and Olympia oysters in the Salish Sea.\n—\nCocktails & Fishtales is Harbor WildWatch’s science-social series for ages 21+. Cocktails & Fishtales is an opportunity to enjoy an evening in Gig Harbor\, engaging with like-minded eco-enthusiasts in a lively and social learning experience. Held monthly\, each program features a scientist\, researcher\, or environmental artist on an ecological topic. Events are free for Steward Club Members; suggested donation of $5 per guest. \nDoors open at 5:30pm; presentation is from 6-7pm. \n
