DESCRIPTION:Crab Team volunteers monitor for invasive European green crab and expand our knowledge of salt marshes and pocket estuaries. \nThis 3/30 event is for returning monitors only\, but we are also offering an in-person training for new monitors in San Juan county. The New Monitor training is held on 3/31. \nInterested in joining Crab Team for the 2025 monitoring season? \nFill out an interest form to be considered for an opening at a site near you: tinyurl.com/crabteam2025 \nIf your info is a match\, you will receive an invitation to join the required 3-part training series (This San Juan Country training is one of the in-person events that can be attended to fulfill part 3 of the training series). \nTraining details and locations are shared with new monitors who have been successfully matched to a site need for the 2025 season. \n  \n
