Coast Guard-Approved First Aid at Sea Workshops in Seattle 

Learn to effectively treat hypothermia, near drowning and other incidents while on the water at one of two upcoming workshops:

February 10 or February 17

Washington Sea Grant and the Port of Seattle Fishermen’s Terminal are cosponsoring two upcoming Coast Guard-Approved First Aid at Sea workshops at Fishermen’s Terminal in Seattle.

Topics covered include:

  • CPR
  • Patient assessment
  • Hypothermia and cold water response
  • Near drowning
  • Shock and trauma
  • Burns and fractures
  • Choking and patient immobilization
  • First Aid kits.

When:
Choose between one of two upcoming workshops:

Friday, February 10, 2023
8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Friday, February 17, 2023
8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Fee:

$100 ($50 for commercial fishermen)
