Become a Stream Steward

Registration for Washington State University’s Stream Steward program is now open. If you’re inspired to connect with others to make a difference in the health of our local ecosystems, the Stream Steward training is for you! If you’re a teacher, you can also earn clock hours through this training. Space is limited, so register here today.

Topics: Stream and forest ecology and management, plants and wildlife, drinking water and water quality, & opportunities to volunteer with local organizations.

 

6 Classroom Sessions: Tuesday evenings, January 21 to February 25, 6:00 – 9:00pm

2 Field Sessions: Saturdays, January 25 and February 4, 10:00am – 2:00pm & optional field trip on Feb. 13th, 10:00 -11:30am

General registration: $60*

 

Classroom Sessions: Kitsap Mall, Silverdale

Field Sessions: Multiple locations around Kitsap County
