Crab Team New Monitor Training: Friday Harbor (San Juan County)

This event is the in-person session in Crab Team’s New Monitors series of 3 required sessions for new monitors. Crab Team’s annual training series for new site monitors is in 3 parts: 2 live, virtual sessions (Zoom) + 1 in-person session.
This year we are recruiting a limited number of new monitors to add to existing teams in their network of sites monitoring for the invasive European green crab.
Sign me up! If you are interested in getting involved, please fill out our 2024 New Monitor Interest Form. If a site near you has availability this season, we’ll be in touch with an invitation to join us for this year’s training series.
We encourage interested community members to read the Get Involved section of our website to find out what our monitors do as Crab Team’s “Boots in the Mud” – no prior experience necessary.
