CANCELLED: GEMS Night Out – Intruder Alert

Enjoy a fem-powered evening exploring the motivating fields of engineering, math and science at GEMS Night Out at the SEA Discovery Center! Become a nature detective and use your powers of observation to detect ecosystem intruders in nature – they’re all around us, on land and in the sea! Learn how invasive plants and animals affect native creatures and habitats on the Kitsap Peninsula, and learn what you can do to help prevent the spread of invasive species. Participants will create their own nature journals for species identification at home.
