Huxley Speaker Series

For Winter Quarter 2020, the Huxley College of Western Washington University is collaborating with the Salish Sea Institute for the Huxley Speaker Series, with a focus on the Salish Sea. The Series is free and open to the public.

This week, Terrie Klinger presents: Ocean Acidification in the Salish Sea

Klinger is the Barer Professor of Sustainability Science in the School of Marine and Environmental Affairs at the University of Washington and Co-Director of the Washington Ocean Acidification Center. Her research focuses on the ecology of nearshore benthic systems, the impacts of multiple stressors on marine ecosystem function, and the development of management strategies to address the challenges of ocean change.
