Seward Park Birding Field Trip
March 4, 2020 @ 7:30 am - 10:30 am
Join Seattle Audubon for a walk of the trails of Seward Park, listening and looking for resident birds and some early migrants. Seward Park has 120 acres of old growth forest and is home to two pairs of Bald Eagles, as well as a variety of forest birds. By spring, not only will we be able to hear bird songs and calls, but the re-emerging foliage will make birding by ear very useful. We will aim to identify the sounds of common birds as well as find them with binoculars, a good way to refresh skills.
