Washington Sea Grant is sponsoring a Basic Seafood Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) training in South Bend, WA on May 28-29, 2026. This course is held in association with the North Central Association of Food and Drug Officials (NCAFDO). It is for anyone who develops, modifies or reviews HACCP plans.
