Creating a New Seattle Waterfront
Join us to learn more about the Seattle Waterfront project including the seawall design, the upland planning and management of public spaces. We will meet in downtown Seattle at the Seattle Waterfront Space for our meeting which includes a 1.5-hour tour along the waterfront with staff from the Seattle Office of the Waterfront. WET invites you to take a look at the health of your well and learn about keeping your drinking water safe. Washington State Department of Health recommends annual testing of individual wells for fecal coliform bacteria; testing your water is the best solution to identify possible contamination. Join Kitsap Beach Naturalists to explore the wonders of the rich and colorful sea life exposed during low tide. Beach explorations are open to the public, and naturalists will be on hand to share resources and knowledge with you. Tell your family and friends, and we will see you at the beach!
