Join WSU Extension to clean up bottles, cigarette butts, fishing gear and other plastic debris from our local beaches. According to National Geographic Magazine “More than 200 animal species have been documented consuming plastic, including turtles, whales, seal, birds, and fish.” Meet in the parking lot. Exploration of Dungeness Watershed

Take a virtual tour through the different zones of the watershed and get to know our local flora and fauna with the Dungeness River Audubon Center. This course will  introduce students to some of the different challenges that our watershed faces, and will look at current restoration projects, as well as potential solutions for the future.
