Shellfish Growers Conference to Discuss Critical and Emerging Issues for Washington Aquaculture

27th Annual Conference for Shellfish Growers March 11-12

Washington Sea Grant is once again hosting the 27th annual Conference for Shellfish Growers at the Alderbrook Resort and Spa in Union, WA.

The Conference for Shellfish Growers brings together shellfish producers, managers, researchers, and students to discuss issues, expertise, and current research related to shellfish biology and aquaculture. Experts will present on topics such as climate change, coastal hazards, invasive species like green crabs, and burrowing shrimp control.

When: Monday, March 9th and Tuesday, March 10th, 2020
