Washington Sea Grant Program and Jefferson County Extension and are co-sponsoring a one day Coast Guard Approved Sea Safety and Survival Course (Drill Instructor) for commercial fishermen. The workshop combines lecture and hands on experience with Safety & Survival Equipment required for fishing vessels. Participants will learn about emergency procedures and will be trained to develop appropriate emergency drills for their own vessels.
