Washington Sea Grant and the Port of Bellingham are cosponsoring a Sea Safety and Survival (Drill Instructor) course for commercial Fishermen. This Coast Guard-approved workshop meets the training requirements of the Commercial Fishing Safety Act to conduct drills.
