The population of our Southern Resident Orcas has declined significantly since 1995 prompting their listing under the Endangered Species Act. Please join the community in learning about the status of these iconic whales and the latest recommendations from the Governor's Southern Resident Killer Whale Recovery Task Force. Perspectives from various Task Force members and information on engaging in the upcoming state budget process essential to efforts will be provided.
