Learn First Aid at Sea

Washington Sea Grant and the Port of Bellingham are cosponsoring a First Aid at Sea Course on May 27, 2015 in Bellingham.

This Coast Guard-approved training will benefit recreational boaters and commercial fishermen alike. Topics covered will include patient assessment, hypothermia, cold-water survival, near-drowning, shock, trauma, burns, fractures, choking, immobilization, and first aid kits.

Cost: $100 ($50 for commercial fishermen). Pre-registration is required.
