Marine Weather Workshop

Washington Sea Grant and the Port of Seattle’s Fishermen’s Terminal are cosponsoring a hands-on First Aid at Sea workshops in the Nordby Room, Nordby Bldg, Fishermen’s Terminal in Seattle. These Coast Guard-approved courses for commercial fishermen and recreational boaters cover CPR, patient assessment, hypothermia, cold water survival, near drowning, shock, trauma, burns, fractures, choking, immobilization, and contents for first aid kits. Cost: $100 ($50 for commercial fishermen)

First Aid at Sea Workshop – June 3
A safe and fun start to the boating season! Washington Sea Grant and the Port of Seattle Fishermen’s Terminal are co-sponsoring a Coast Guard-approved first aid at sea course. It will be held on Friday, June 3, in the Nordby Conference Room, Nordby Bldg., Fishermen's Terminal in Seattle. Topics covered include CPR, patient assessment, hypothermia, cold water, near-drowning, shock, trauma, burns, fractures, choking, immobilization and key contents for a complete first aid kits. Cost: $100 ($50 for commercial fishermen)
