Learn how to read the weather before you go. The Northwest Maritime Center in Port Townsend, WA will offer a three week long adult maritime weather class covering the practical applications of atmospheric and oceanographic science for sailing. Course material will focus on global maritime weather patterns and the role of forecasting and prediction for safe trip planning. Registration fees include the coast of textbook and workbook.
