It is with an abundance of caution that the director of Washington Sea Grant has decided to cancel certain upcoming events in order not to risk anyone’s health and wellness given the outbreak of the COVID-19 virus in our state. Please continue to check back here as information is updated. To date those events are:

- WSG Crab Team New Volunteer Training in Port Townsend (March 11 & 12)
- WSG Crab Team Volunteer Refresher Training Workshop in Friday Harbor (March 17)
- WSG Crab Team New Volunteer Training in Padilla Bay (March 19)
- First Aid at Sea Course in Bellingham (March 19) – rescheduled for April 23
- WSG Crab Team Volunteer Refresher Training Workshop in Padilla Bay (March 23)
- Rivers and Oceans Film Festival (March 28) — to be rescheduled for summer
- WSG Crab Team Volunteer Refresher Training Workshop in Poulsbo (March 31)
- First Aid at Sea Workshop in Port Townsend (April 9)
- First Aid at Sea Workshop in Seattle (April 16)
- First Aid at Sea Workshop in Bellingham (April 23)
- NOAA Science Camp (all summer 2020 sessions)
